Champions League soccer is back in NYC

Champions League soccer is back on Bleecker Street. Group stage games happen three days a week most weeks through January, and the Red Lion has a screen and a seat for every one of them. After a hugely succesful World Cup watch party, we are bringing that big soccer energy to the Champions league.

We are the officially recognised NYC home of the Premier leagues Brentford FC, and the NYC Bees have been meeting here since three fans started the group in 2021. We are known as being NYC's top Premier league sports bar, and that same setup carries straight into Champions League matchdays: the sound stays on for the match that matters most, and doors open early when a kickoff calls for it. Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Aston Villa, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all in this season's league phase, and we are showing every one of their group stage matches.

Matchday 2, October 13 and 14, is the next round. Arsenal host Lille at 3pm ET on the 13th. Manchester City host Paris Saint Germain at 3pm ET on the 14th, the same day Liverpool travel to LASK at 12:45pm ET and Aston Villa host Fenerbahce at 3pm ET. Real Madrid are away to Roma at 3pm ET, also on the 14th.

Doors are 11am on weekdays and 10am on weekends, with early openings for marquee kickoffs announced on our socials rather than promised as a standing rule. There is no cover Monday through Thursday, which covers most of this table. Friday and Saturday matchdays carry the weekend cover charge that applies to the bar regardless of what is on screen.
